# The Watch Docs International Film Festival returns to Warsaw for its 24th edition.
Watch Docs is one of the world's largest human rights film events showcasing documentaries that combine a commitment to individual rights with the art of filmmaking. More than fifty world-class films are shown at the festival each year. A total of more than one hundred thousand viewers watch them annually at the international festival in Warsaw, at the traveling festival in more than thirty Polish towns and cities and at the online festival. Watch Docs is the oldest documentary film festival in Warsaw – the first edition took place in 2001.
